Plasma flooding blobs should be treated the same as using explosives
Plasma flooding a blob is a maneuver so ill-advised and with such a high risk of killing literally the entire crew that it should be treated the same as using explosives that inflict collateral damage. Which is to say, a bannable offense for non-antagonists if it goes badly for them.

I'd love to agree with you Dendy but being able to get a "emergent roleplay situation" punch on your "don't get a ban for doing this" ticket can be entirely down to the admin overseeing the situation, or the participants being overseen, rather than on the basis of how engaging the story was or how ...

Separate Administration from Enforcement roles
I think the premise is simple enough for me to outline without making a really long several paragraph post about it; I propose that there be a restructuring of the leadership hierarchy. Instead of having administrators be responsible both for making the rules and enforcing the rules, separate the ...

And that's just starters before getting into any details. It's all in the justification and how the ruleset handles criminals and appropriate sentences.
It's a reasonably significant event I guess, but again for a non antag raises that question of what happened prior to get to that point ...

Lowering the frequency of events in general during lowpop would be a godsend. You can pop the cap off normal darts with a screwdriver and insert pens into the darts to do an 'ok' amount of damage, if you can find enough pens. This works for edaggers, too, so you can have a foam force that does ~60 damage to an unarmored person per shot and embeds 100% of the time.
