So I noticed something that needs nerfed frequency wise

Post by Sulta » #780312

So when high pop happens almost every single round we have nukeops roundstart but it becomes warops so often it is fun for medical and sec but the other departments dont enjoy not getting to do anything except be meat shields they would rather not play during warops, part of why most suicide or leave the station when that happens. Whats y'alls thoughts on this?

war ops is better than getting blown up without any warning

I think 30 minutes of fun is more fun than 30 minutes of unfun. The round is actually functionable on stealth rounds. Warops rounds are extremely repetitive and everyone does the same thing every time with no flexibility.

At least with warops you have enough time to run away, and most of the time you have pretty easy access to anything you need to leave the station. Stealthops are both annoying and impressive when the nuke goes off midround and interrupts whatever plan I was in the middle of. Especially when they are particularly successful at the "stealth" part.
I may be a little annoyed when war gets declared, but then I thank the bonus TC that enticed them to give us warning ahead of time.
