As far as I know the TTS spam rule was put in place to not break immersion/roleplay, at least according to this appeal viewtopic.php?p=766321
I screamed because the captain said "Whoever screams the loudest gets spare." So I scream outside bridge, mind you no one was there to listen to my screams (except ghosts I guess). I was a ling and wanted to potentially get AA so I scream, seems reasonable to me. I get boinked around the same time as the captain finally leaves his office, and as a shapeshifting skin thief that can shape their vocal cords to even cause EMPs who is now screaming at the man who offered AA for the AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I tell admin "I'm getting my AA dog" and scream at captain, captain eggs me on saying things like, "I can barely hear you!" and telling me to be louder. Then from the same admin who gave me this gem viewtopic.php?t=38405 sends me to the admin jail with an ominous "In-game administration rulings are final." a classic move invented by powertripping admins from fulpstation and darkRP gmod servers. Not only does this annoy me greatly, but it also robs me of any chance for that sweet sweet golden AA card as I was teleported away right in front of him and jailed for 5 minutes (Very immersive! You saved the server from the ultra griefer who was killing server!). Now I was annoyed at this because I wanted to go mining for ores ASAP and start working on a gimmick for roboticist (or use the AA card I could have gotten for some other trouble). I was considering typing a rebuttal but my UI broke and after that I didn't want to argue or debate anything because I didn't know the rulings on AAAAAAAAAAAA spam and the such and more importantly I wanted to do evil man stuff.

After being killed by the captain and becoming a cute little headslug I look for bodies, can't find any. Like a minute before shuttle arrives at centcom (its in transit) I say by my complete lonesome (zero people anywhere to be seen) "I blame this on the admin from fulpstation" now whether my downfall was due to not getting my all access and being locked up for 5 minutes is DEBATABLE, sure, even if I had a gimmick I wanted to do roundstart antag roboticist that got gutted due to lack of time. What isn't debatable is the fact my character was inside the admin jail for 5 minutes. He was living, breathing, farting inside admin jail. An inalienable truth!!! And in IC my character blames his loss on that. Also like what does it matter on terry? No one is near me or on the station for that matter, shuttle arrives in a minute, and I'm CLEARLY annoyed. Admin heroically saved the server from the man who brought up he who must not be named.

As for why I grouped these notes together, both are medium severity and clearly talking about the same subject/point of contention from the same round. It just makes little sense to make two different medium severity notes. I do however apologize for the belligerency on my part, and not wanting to debate/reason with the admins who boinked me, no hard feelings <3. And as a final note I want proof of my wrong doings/clear articulation of exactly what rules I broke before you consider a rebuttal, last ticket I had with iain0 they not only bent the definition of a rule but couldn't pull up logs properly and in the end refused to pull up the proper logs (viewtopic.php?t=38405).

Hi, please split this out into the two relevant appeals, one for each note, even if they're the same type of issue they're unrelated incidents and the cross talk will only complicate things.
