Portal Storm: Nar'sie, as it is called, has the default event triggering rate.

So apparently someone decided to be smart and code something called portal storm that spawns random things
ONLY THIS CAN SPAWN NARSIE.
AND THE NARSIE SPAWNING ONE IS AT DEFAULT FREQUENCY FOR RANDOM EVENTS

it just killed the perfectly good gang round i was kind of enjoying
