I'm looking at the policy threads and no one making them is new. I can safety say that Callan is probably just guessing.

Yes I know. Just because someone doesn't post on the forums alot, does not mean they are "new". This just means that everyone is bad at judging people because that guy has a fair amount of connections to our server and his ckey is two years old.
