Since you've only just linked the original, paired appeal instead of taking the time to copy it over here, below is what you said there, and will be referenced to for this appeal, since what you have added for this one references it. If you instead wish to appeal under a different reason, we can instead do so.

After being killed by the captain and becoming a cute little headslug I look for bodies, can't find any. Like a minute before shuttle arrives at centcom (its in transit) I say by my complete lonesome (zero people anywhere to be seen) "I blame this on the admin from fulpstation" now whether my downfall was due to not getting my all access and being locked up for 5 minutes is DEBATABLE, sure, even if I had a gimmick I wanted to do roundstart antag roboticist that got gutted due to lack of time. What isn't debatable is the fact my character was inside the admin jail for 5 minutes. He was living, breathing, farting inside admin jail. An inalienable truth!!! And in IC my character blames his loss on that. Also like what does it matter on terry? No one is near me or on the station for that matter, shuttle arrives in a minute, and I'm CLEARLY annoyed. Admin heroically saved the server from the man who brought up he who must not be named.

The presence, or lack of other people around you is irrelevant to how breaking a rule is handled. We don't give people passes for breaking rules if they're located in deep space, the far reaches of maints, or bolted inside a dorms cabin on their own. Rule 3 is not an exception to this.

You were, in fact, located in a CentCom Cell, located within CentCom Security. There is no "admin jail" that your character would know IC. There is CentCom, there are gods, there are no admins in this context.

Terry is, in fact, LRP. Not NRP. There are, in fact, standards to be upheld.

Perhaps if you're getting annoyed, it's better to step away from the game for a minute than bring OOC into IC? Once shift end rolled around, there'd be no rule break here. No admins are your mother though (probably), we can't force you to with the exception outside of a ban, and surely we'd both prefer if you don't take a ban in the future for something like OOC in IC.

Based on all availible information, DarkenedEarth has not been, is not, nor ever will be Iain0. As such, they are seperate notes, for seperate issues, from seperate admins, at seperate times.
