Remove Antag from the OOC word filter

This is such an easy one that I'm fairly certain it was just a mistake.

At the moment you cannot say 'antag' in OOC or dchat.

You can say 'antags' in OOC or dchat but not in IC.

Move 'antag' to the same category as 'antags' (i.e allowed in OOC but not IC)
