[Bounty] Add a boombox

$50 to whoever successfully merges a boombox which can play looping hip hop instrumental sound files for nearby people. Doesn't need a complicated UI, does need to look funny in-hand (ideally rests on your shoulder). I can help with beat selection if needed.

Needs to be added to a service cargo crate called 'MC starter kit' which contains the boombox and a two curator microphones. Can also contain existing clothing/accessories to match. Could also be mapped into maintenance.

Needed for rap battles, and so I can carry it for style points during murderbones
