Why should this appeal be accepted?: Well originaly i have been banned 3 days prior for the exact same issue so i appealed and got unbanned the same day, but the moment forums and websites died i got banned again (after being unbanned for 3 days without any issues) and the admin that banned me said nothing which got me even more confused, I would like for someone to shed some light on this. The original ban appeal has been open for a week and ive been told to make another appeal so here I am.

Unfortunately it's pretty much guaranteed that you're the account that was originally banned. You've got everything from shared IP addresses and ISPs to shared CIDs with them.

To be clear, it's something I also considered in your previous appeal. What gave me pause was that a suspected Morhilo alt stopped to appeal instead of just evading again. Maybe it was all just a coincidence and you were actually totes not them, after all. So I gave it the benefit of the doubt. But getting caught up in another different ban related to one of their evasion alts is a bit much at this point without any other explanation and I can't really cover for it if Striders wants to uphold this ban.

If you're not Morhilo then I'm sorry you bought/got gifted their computer and also started playing the same game they did while also having the same ISP and/or living in the same geographical region of the world. It's unfortunate. There's probably not much you can do since you can't appeal their ban. Tough luck.

However if you are Morhilo, you're here in the appeals process again. Welcome back. I want to start by saying I don't want you to go back to the evasion gambit. It must be frustrating for you to constantly get banned and Dog knows we've banned like 10 or 15 of your evasion attempts over the years. The admin team has no problem going back to the old evasion -> ban -> evasion -> ban loop. Like a third of the permas we place are evasion bans. We're reasonably experienced with this now.

Although I'm not impressed with your notes from your first moments playing on lizardboreansupersoldier and a bunch of admins have raised concerns about your ckey, you might actually just be learning and improving as a player. And I've unbanned worse evaders than you in the past.

You haven't repeated the behaviours from when you first started playing on this account. Some of your notes seem to be explainers on the rules and I'm sorta at the point that it might be worth revisiting your old Morhilo ban if you would like to make a sincere and genuine enough appeal with a reasonable amount of effort put in to explaining how you've changed as a player during your evasion time and why we should give you another chance to play without being an evader.

That appeal would probably be handled by me, since the Morhilo ban dates back to like 3 and a half years ago and the original banning admin (Cimika) has long since retired from the admin team. Plus there are so many evasion alts recorded that it'd take headmin approval just to keep modifying them all if any blocked you like in this appeal.

I want to emphasise that I've been trying to get evaders to stop evading, improve their gameplay and make genuine appeals for three years now and I'd like you to put that same effort in. This isn't a trap or a trick or a gotcha. This appeal will be upheld whether you admit to being Morhilo or not, there's just too much linking you to them for any sane headmin team to vote to overturn it.

So what do you think? Fancy making a new appeal for the Morhilo ban, putting a bit of effort in to explaining why we should let you return to our servers not as yet another evader, but as a genuinely unbanned player?

Yeah fuck, as expected, it is me and im going to be completely honest with you im getting sick of this shit aswell if i were to appeal, that account is long lost and i think played a lot less than this one also reading the notes from that account would be torture if i were to appeal the morhilo account i would like this account to get unbanned(or can i appeal all the notes on that account aswell concidering that they were really stupid), also i tried to appeal in the past with a vouch but i dont remember why the ban got upheld.I really doubt that i will succeed but if i think about it i cant lose anything so fuck it.If this paragraph that you wrote is only for me to confess good work.

It benefits nobody when people get punished harder for telling the truth than for lying or misleading, even when that truth was a little bit late and basically a confirmed fact anyway. If I do unban you, all the evasion bans will be modified so that hopefully none of them block you connecting - including this one - but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. For now we'll consider this appeal concluded.
