Your side of the story: 3-id in queue of rounds as CMO and at that round start, i took rocket bag wich loaded with smokes. Run - shoot (not in public areas or somewhere where it takes time from players from their main actions for preparing or speaking etc.) first it was explosive (was loaded and i forgot, had just a bag with rockets) took a rocket and came to south of req lift where they order. Just to look and hear in first second of taking rocketlauncher in hand - from synth - NO BALLS x5-8 (it ended after shot and i pushed engineer who where ordering stuff some far for one tile from shoot line and synth. - Shot, he survived and laughed. Than he run with commentary to repair in cudle (that's what i said when he was critical) but died in middle of lift zone and RO zone, brought marine to medicine (I was behind) and revived. Relised synth can't be put in cudle. He died - took stuff, repair, - revive. He ran. Sitation gone. After some time i back to him and we spoke a little and shot with smoke. (only he and me around, alamo was launched 2-4 minutes ago) gone, back - asked bike, none, gone to cic, took one, gone, came back, stole crate - added stuff to it (it had HE rockets) brought back, Talk, questions about limbs, than disarm, disarm, in action he stoles a bike (all around lift zone) than he drives away i make shot on the TAD empty pole, watching tacmap (he were sitting at the wielding tanks of pilot before i came) than ran behind alamo (i was spectating tacmap and moving) came thought alamo doors and shot the wall, gaining message in radio about that situation from synth where i shoot rockets into him (or i haven't seen his first if it was, but seen with SL message to stop) than got sleep, than ban.
Why you think you should be unbanned: i don't wanna think before you do it, i can say what i will do and wich expirience have with thinking about situation: I just won't use rocket's anymore. It's fun for once per year for shipside stuff. I should ask the person directly, and not draw conclusions from situations of interaction of indirect hints or actions, this is a game, not reality. Before doing something directly maybe harmfull/joking so it woldn't make him stress or fear danger. It's a side thing. But in direct of situation how might it seem admin after he sees or may reads first (if it was) synth message as me just using rocket to destroy ship and killing crews. (Entire damage to ship was. 2 broken walls in west of alamo doors)
References of good conduct: I do play "CM RU" - "PVE CM RU" - "PVE CM" - and only one ban CM 2023 permaban (Multickeying)

Hello! Thanks for appealing this. So the reason why I issued this ban was because I saw you shoot a HE shell at a synthetic. This is very much NOT allowed, not to mention, you were wasting a limited weapon (and its ammo) by shooting it at people shipside. I'm fine with lifting this ban and making it a high severity note instead, but please refrain from attacking your allies next time, or wasting a limited weapon like that.

Your ban should be lifted in 1 or 2 minutes from now! Just don't do this again, pretty please.
