ive only had a few tickets with astrogem as an AC or AO but ive had a strong negative reaction to every single one (save one)
in almost every ticket so far astrogem has had near-zero communication at all, refusing to discuss the ticket, and coming off as passive-aggressive.i also find astrogem has gone out of their way to refuse to look at rule 11 issues which have made me personally very uncomfortable to play on the server.
i do really hope astrogem changes a lot if they become GA'd, as is i would be very unhappy with astrogem as a regular admin

I haven't personally seen anything concerning. Maybe a little short/curt in tickets but I think that's just the usual early admin trying to find their tone.

I don't read this as passive-aggressive at all. The top ticket could have been handled better for sure with a follow-up, but it's not negligent or rude. The bottom one I don't take issue with as an interpretation of our rules. The ending could be seen as curt, but that's the way they chose to rule it.

6. In-game administration rulings are final.

Saying that they "refuse to discuss tickets", "went out of their way not to look at rule 11 issues" and not providing any example or source for this claim (you can look at your tickets on statbus or on mothbus), I think, is pretty irresponsible, especially as a former admin yourself. They're a new admin, and they're not going to get it right every time. That's why it's best to come from a place of promoting growth (including "hey, you could have done this better") rather than accusation in these threads.

i gave astrogem2 instructions to close your complaints regarding rule 11 as they were baseless and you were clearly unwilling to take no for an answer. i'm happy to give a brief explanation for our decisions but we will not be spending our time and effort explaining the same rule to you several times over
