Lisa the Joyful is listed as DLC but it's standalone. If you can buy it without LISA: The Painful then you can play it.

It's about as difficult in the second half as LISA on Pain mode by the way.

I was wrong you have to buy THE PAINFUL to play THE JOYFUL. It plays on its own but the dev doesn't want to go through greenlight again.

You can find Diesel firebombs in a lot of places. Use them to murder that group next to the bar guy and generally murder loads of people for magazines, buy loads of horse jerky, and don't fuck up your timed hits, and it's probably possible.

That said, I cheesed fucking everything in the second part except the final sequence with Joy, so I can't actually give any input as to actual feasibility.


Man. Big Lincoln was my first stop for that part, because I just randomly chose it first I guess. I had my mask off, stabbed my way to polearm guy before finally running completely out of non-Joy healing. Then I popped one, murderized that guy, and then killed Lincoln while out of my mind on Joy, inhaling that shit like it was fucking tictacs, still learning the timing for Throat Stab the whole way. It felt pretty badass.
