Please use this thread as public review; it's encouraged for players to comment on how well/badly the trial admin has done and whether or not they think the trial admin should be made a full admin, if they should be removed from the .txt or if their promotion should be delayed.

sadly I see him frequently on sybil and although I think he could probably do with more thought put into his larger-scale actions (events) he manages to have a decent enough effect that I'd want to keep him around
haven't cracked open his tickets for a thorough inspection but unless conduct is bad (which I've never seen myself) I'd say hes good (read: bad, awful) enough to promote

agreed with niknak (to some extent)
callout posts in a channel everyone can see might be regarded as rude or insensitive but it's the proper place for this - I do wish that san read the room more or toned down some of how they speak in chatter or around other people.
if talking about "wanting to fuck foxgirls" gets to an extent where multiple people are expressing their distaste or annoyance it's clear that its an issue. On a personal front, I'm still not a fan of how they insistently do things that seem like they're solely done to annoy others, whether it's making random noise in VCs or being something of a nuisance in chat.

This is not an argument against their actions on the server or how they are in a professional environment or how they present themselves to players, but it's certainly an issue with how they get along with the rest of The Team:tm:, and I really wish that san would change this facet.

To San specifically, I do not hate or dislike you and I hope that this feedback is not taken as such. I just wish that you kinda acted a bit more... respectful to others? Perhaps that's not the right terminology or too blunt, but it's the best that I can come up with for how I feel about this right now.

I spoke with Omega a bit sparingly about this today (after this post was made), but I thought I would just tack onto this. For those who aren't aware. admin-chatter is basically just a big cafeteria full of people. I like talking to people, and I like thinking that I make other people laugh. In the scenario above (which happened quite recently), it was an effort to make someone else enjoy their time/laugh, since they could handle it and I knew that it would be to their personal tastes. However, since it was in chatter, people showed in and popped in/out and were utterly baffled by the jokes I was making. I stopped upon request, but the bewilderment on other people's accounts for what I was saying went on for a lot longer than anyone's wishes.

I get what this feedback is saying, and I understand the rationale behind it. I do wish this level of concern was addressed to me in private (as I told Omega) beforehand, but I appreciate the feedback never-the-less. Admin cohesion is important, but what binds two admins together (some jokes that have been going on for longer than that day's conversation) probably corrodes cohesion on some other accounts. I don't say dumbass things out of no-where, I say them because I'm of the belief that someone who is listening may enjoy it (and they are free to tell me that they do not enjoy it if they do not, which has not yet happened). I don't think I realized that until now. I still like laughing, but I think the "I aim to please" comedy could go down a few notches.

I am not sure what the voice chat thing is referring to. I may make sounds at my desk shuffling stuff around or jokingly cough when I join a voice call (after a hello), but when I'm actually in the groove of a conversation I do not viciously attempt to derail it by being annoying. I may cough at some point or make random noises after that, but it's certainly not purposeful. I'll be more mindful of that.

I was not serious in the slightest by the way. His hornyness doesn't bother me at all and he's not even the most horny admin. I think he does a fine job, I have no strong opinions since I'm never online with San.
