IMO they are already leagues ahead of other staff starting out. They've been helpful in all of the tickets I've opened (four I think) and I feel like I was being understood every time. In character command reports and such keep the rounds from feeling the same, I feel like they should try not to derail a round with them, though. Their response times were pretty fast all things considered, and it's appreciated.

I always enjoy seeing the ADMIN LOGIN: thedragmeme, especially if I’ve been adminning alone for a while. We usually don’t agree on things at first glance but we’re able to talk things through; and for that I have immense respect for. It’s always nice to have a fresh pair of eyes.

I haven’t really ever cared to post in admin feedback threads before but there’s been a very recent incident I’ve had with them that needs addressing.

I had some pretty weird dreams last night, and one of the only things I can remember from them was that Drag was present in some capacity, and was not an admin. Not because of bad conduct or anything, but the concept of them not being an admin was present in my dream, somewhere, for some reason. I don’t know what the admin conduct guidelines say about manifesting into people’s dreams, but I’m at least glad they decided to deadmin for it first.

Willing to listen and is patient enough to sort things out that nets the best result. Hot takes can be hard to not jump into action quickly on but its absolutely a skill to keep an open mind and wait to act. Thedragmeme has this skill and employs it effectively.

Replaced the crews ears with penguin ears, causing at least two cat people to freak out about the lack of cat ears. Would experience again.

Also sent a missile on me after a round where I was vex's target and managed to get away. That cat shaped ghost pointing at me while a missile lands on my head haunts my memories. Would not experience again.

The events while drag is on is great. Usually have a good time.

On the topic of the ear swap. When I asked them to fix that for me, they agreed, so that was resolved and I wouldn't have thought anything of it because I thought it wasn't like they did it maliciously, they just wanted everyone to waddle, and that's funny.

But later in that same round they also seemingly mass spawned bear traps near everyone with only an ooc message to proceed it. I found that more of an issue. I don't like button pushing that is actually a server wide attack, and especially since when it nearly happened to me (I avoided it mostly by luck), I was trying to quickly seal a breach while freezing. I can't imagine that would have gone over well for someone like a miner or engineer who could have been in more precarious situations.

Please avoid abusing proccall like that.

I miss votes all the time. That round I didn't see the vote either and got hit by the trap. Luckily I was already in medical so I didn't think much of it.
Personally I find those kinds of events funny and enjoyable (I treat them similar to a meteor event or something), but I wish there was more IC buildup to that trap event. Like some command message with a similar format to what you would see with a massive bluespace anomaly, or something like that. Would have made it much more fun. In my perspective it felt like this: I walk into medical for something(forgot what) then suddenly both my legs are broken and there is another bear trap in the room that I have to go and disarm. If it happened to me while I was in a modsuit in space or something I would have been very confused.
