Coke is the beverage that ties all of America together. They are clearly a foreign national looking to destabilize western power very sad.
From the Great State of Wisconsin. Visit Madison, WI this summer!!! Go to the capitol, and Olbrich Gardens, and the arboretum, and the Chazen art museum, and historical camp Randall stadium. For nice.

Re: Pepsiman0
hello. i am sorry i'm sending this, it is not quite a complaint, otherwise it would be placed there.
i sent a ticket about the following incident: after being arrested for trying to hide an unauthorized AI, the security team left my items to be stripped on the ground, whereupon most of them were picked up by a cargo technician loitering in security. i alerted them, especially the hos about it, and they ignored me.
from what i could tell, pepsiman0 did properly investigate the security team, judging from the apology and directions to the evidence locker with some of my things, that i was given by one of the officers when i left the gulag. i am not bringing up this part, it was an IC situation.
what i am bringing up is the almost total lack of communication.
it took 7 minutes from the first response (:25) for them to then send an (at :33) answer to me so i could know what, if anything, was happening with the ticket, only happening with some messages, at :30 and :33, to 'bump' it.
later, i was asked to explain why i was arrested, at :37. i did so, then waited for something to happen. after 10 minutes, i requested an update on the ticket (:47), which went unheard. worried that the admin had indeed gone afk, i sent two more, at :52 and :54, which also went unheard, at which point i (rather hastily, i'll admit - i did not give enough time for the second message, with only a minute of waiting) sent an adminhelp at :55 about my ticket's admin seemingly gone afk, requesting a takeover. to this, pepsiman quickly responded with confusion, which i answered with my logic. in lieu of a response, the ticket was resolved.
(the highlight is just to make the purple easier to read. i dont know why such an unreadable color was chosen)

i am not blaming him for anything here. it is simply me bringing up what, from a player's perspective, was a frustrating situation in which i didn't receive any information on the status of my ticket unless i pushed and pushed for it to the point of annoying him.
i say this because it seems to be a recent and consistent concern in the administration, where tickets are picked up, resolved, and the player who originally ahelped is left in the dust about what, if anything, happened. (i am not talking about 'was he antag or punished or x'. i am talking about just knowing if the ticket was handled, is being investigated, and was resolved)
this was a 100+ pop terry round, with high time dilation, awful gravity-induced slowdowns, with monke apparently being down, and there were only 2 admins on during most of this situation. i'm sure he, and rex, were very, very, very busy. but i can't know what was happening on that end of the matter, because i am a player, so i am simply displaying my perspective.
this is not a complaint about his actions. it is simply a remark that i would have wished there be more communication on the ticket - guarantees of it being looked into, guarantees of it being resolved, which as far as i can tell shouldn't be too large of an imposition, but again, as a player, i don't know.

Re: Pepsiman0
It's tough to put an admin on a time clock of resolving tickets. Admins are expected, but not forced to take tickets.
If anything, taking a ticket when you're one of two admins on a 100+ pop lagged round is a plus. They could've just logged out. And the delay in response could've just been them being busy with half a dozen other tickets.
As a player, I think it's easy to conjecture there's other tickets being posted within the round where they can sap the admins attention. As a former admin I can certainly say that happens. Could've happened with any admin.

Sam asked an assistant on the arrivals shuttle where to get a discord invite, and the assistant linked him one.
