Detailed summary:
On several occasions armhulen felt it was a good idea to wade into an ongoing discussion in #politics-containment channel on the Discord server to rile it up, brow-beat it, and otherwise harass everyone minding their own business. While full of low-brow bullshit, the channel is an open forum for political discussion from all avenues and served as a crossroads and containment and is the opposite of an echo chamber in spite of the allegations. Previously, on two separate occasions, Ordo and I had private conversations regarding the importance of such a place and in particular the vital need for some of the regular visitors to get a dose of opinions contrary to their own.

I am now banned for bringing this up, though I did so out of anger and without the due diligence that would have done our departed friend justice. He would be disappointed in me for acting like a moron in public. That disappointment is my own cross to bear, but this is not an appeal to remove my justified ban. I deserved it. This is a formal complaint against the person who, when faced with the truth, cried to the other problem children with colorful names despite creating the whole situation in the first place.

For those of you who read what I actually typed, not some second-hand or curated nonsense, and were angered I would ask you to consider why you feel that way. I stand by every word I said, even the wrong ones, and because of that I must stand by the feeling in my gut and follow through with this complaint. Thank you for your time.

Fortunately the nature of the complaint indicates where it happened, so despite being banned and unable to gather that evidence, (preventing access to somewhere is, in fact, the whole point of a ban) the headmins and all other interested parties are already aware of the when and where this happened.

You knew all of that already, though. After all, several people were banned and kicked for openly disagreeing with what had happened and you were the one who kicked a few of them.

After sleeping on it, I think this should be given to discord mods instead of an admin complaint, because I did not use any of my powers. Now, he is speaking of my position, and not my powers... but I myself also said multiple times in politics containment that I had no power to delete channels (that would actually be admin abuse). If I wanted and also had the power to remove politics containment, I would.

Tl;dr for the press: I did not use my admin rank for anything, I should be tried as a player

And the next logical conclusion for the moderation team: I do not think discussing deleting a channel in said channel is a palpable issue

I'll be up soon. If this complaint is still up and not handed to discord mods, I'll grab some screenshots that prove I was arguing in good faith for the deletion, and not threatening it

We recognize that the word of admins can by nature tend to carry more weight in regard to discussions such as the potential deletion of a channel. While armhulen did not abuse the tools of his position we believe his actions pushed the boundaries of acceptable admin conduct.

Administrators should not be making posts like this which can rile up a channel:
