Your side of the story: i was boniked by an admin asking about what happened between me and the ce i explained i gathered some people i had played rounds with before and that i trusted to help me arrest to ce for criminal negligence, grand conspiracy, mutiny, economic sabotage, and gross incompetence. and tried to put the ce on trial for those charges but the ce's lawyer ran away with the ce and the ce could not be found, the admin then went silent and maybe 10 mins after i was permabanned for metacomming without being boinked again
Why you think you should be unbanned: i wasn't metacomming every interaction i had with people was done IC you can check logs. i understand you might be suspicious that have been banned for Metacomming before i don't know why i was banned for that either but it happened after i went offline and was only for a day so i didn't bother appealing.
References of good conduct: i haven't played on any other servers after i was banned seeing as i was only banned about a day ago. and most non tg ss13 servers are either retarded or full of erping furrys so its not like i would bother anyway also i did try to get a link to the logs to leave but it wasn't working

The ban was placed in 145058. Earlier instances of metacomms happened in 144825 and 143938.

You, Skitarius, and AdmiralKolchak were all banned together for metacomms as part of a long pattern of behaviour. For Skitarius and Kolchak, it's already been proven here : https://tgstation13.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=27402

Skitarius walked directly to the kitchen with no possible way of knowing that Kolchak was asleep. This is how we know that those two are guilty. You left the bridge to go somewhere, and turned around to go back in. You probably suspected something here, so you checked both the kitchen and the exact hallway where the kitchen is with the bridge security camera console instead of walking to the kitchen, thinking that we wouldn't notice. You couldn't have seen Kolchak with your own eyes because the bridge shutters were down. You radioed that Kolchak was asleep.

You did this to allow Skitarius an explanation for why they were able to find Kolchak so quickly, knowing that we would bwoink over it. However, you got the timing wrong, and Skitarius had already entered the kitchen when you said this on comms.

After being bwoinked, Skitarius immediately replied with the copied and pasted message from comms where you mentioned that Kolchak was asleep.

This is how we knew for this instance. You were already banned for metacomms once, and you were suspected of it for weeks before that. This appeal is denied.
