When and where this incident occured (Game Server, forums, Discord): Saturday, june 22,2019, occured in game server bagil

ROUND ID HERE IF APPLICABLE:I asked a headmin to help me get the round ID but i am sure this is the correct one, 111304.
Detailed summary: Hello, i made this complaint due to the behavior of an admin in a round at bagil, i would like to point out that i do not think this is or could be considered an event. Lmwevil, from what I’ve seen, constantly intervenes in rounds since i ever saw him as an admin, i cannot recall any other examples because i constantly leave tg some times, however i happened sight one of his interventions in a round today.The round was clearly a traitor(or ling?) round because i arrested traitors during the round as security, at the beginning of the shift, 3-5 minutes in, i believe lmwevil spawned giant hive murder bots in the gateway which resulted in some injuries of crewmembers, the round barely just began so I wasn’t really sure why.

Later on around 30-40 minutes in, there was reports of a blob( not sure if lmwevil spawned this one) on the station, after the blob was defeated, another blob report came in, which i believe this one was spawned by lmwevil, i went there to fight the blob until lmwevil( or the wizards he spawned) summoned guns and magic, i got guns like two times I believe? After that i got killed by a nuclear operative which im also certain lmwevil spawned, so he spawned wizards, a blob, and a operative squad right after the first blob was defeated, im not even sure why he did that, the crew didn’t do anything punishable about it, what mostly called my attention was that he was bantering about it in OOC, it may be a undertale joke, but he was still referring to what he was gonna do or was doing “CHAOS CHAOS I CAN DO ANYTHING”, he then joked by announcing a centcom message as well “netspeaking”, saying “Oh yeah, we’re remotely triggering the self destruct on a 30 second timer xD”.

Im not sure if he spawned other antags besides the ones i mentioned but he probably did, in conclusion, i believe that lmwevil’s behavior was unprofessional, he was defending himself on OOC that their complaints are not valid because it was an event. I dont think spamming buttons and bringing down a round to its end fast is an event, i may have pissed about it a little in dchat but it was wrong to netspeak and banter about it in OOC. I cant seem to post pictures for any proof of his announcements so feel free to ping me in discord for them.

I like wevil, but they do have a nasty habit of pushing buttons without any regard. Just about every time I have seen them they are pushing buttons.

This is from another round a few hours later, traitors, with minimal sec and lmwevil decided that a blob at around 30 minutes was a reasonable button to push. Needless to say everyone died after one of the traitors went on a 357 murder spree.
They also decided that a rad storm while the blob was active was a good idea.

honestly all I can say is lmao, chaos chaos and i can do anything are part of the theme music playing at the time - it's linked to jevils theme and had nothing to do with my buttons

if you had any complaints you could have messaged me seriously on the forums, discord or byond instead of making an admin complaint that isn't actionable due to it being event related. (On a serious note all remarks in OOC were shitposts to do with how weird some of those rules are)

additionally there was a vote with an insane 0 or almost 0 votes against me turning memes to 11 at the time of true memes, so blame democracy there (watching live results and the end result)

all in all, i accept you're mad and i'm sorry it made you mad, nothing is for everyone and sometimes i can be heavyhanded. in future try actually talking to me like an adult and i'd happily take on board your input. aussie shitposting aside i do want people to have a good time, and once you're more cooled on the matter i'd love a dialog beyond 'admin man bad'

traitor rounds are not sacred, being an antag is not a right. sometimes you just lose with no control over it, that's one of the core things we repeat endlessly here.

additionally keep your opinion to yourself dax, the posting of information with your own interjected peanut posts is pointless. keep it to those who actually were in the round, thanks?

I was a changeling during 111304, round was about to end after the first blob that was spawned, but soon after a second blob, wizards, and nuke op team was spawned. I had fun but I also felt guilty as unlike everyone else, I was one of few who couldn't be shot to death. The crew did not stand a chance at the time as I was assisting the nuke ops to get the disk (which the captain willingly gave the ops because he had decided the round was already ruined, and wanted it to be over.) and no one was fighting one fighting the blob either, as everyone was busy with summon guns/magic infighting. There were also people who had only just recently returned from the gateway as changelings and such, and had all that time and effort wasted.

I had fun at the time, but now thinking about it I'm unsure why this all happened in the first place given the round was about to end anyways. It did not feel like button pushing was necessary to end a long round that no one would finish, but just done for fun or some other silly reason.

Im not mad, i am never mad, if i was ever to talk with an admin in discord that's because they have something against me or i do and i would like to fix whatever issue we have, but this complaint isn't for that, im not gonna take a suggestion that i should talk about it like an adult when im pretty sure it will still happen, it's not a ''hate'' issue or anything like that, admin complaints aren't suited for adult talks, i am not the one to correct your actions, i am simply complaining about your behavior in the correct place. ''sometimes i can be heavyhanded'' that's not an excuse for what you did, anyone could say the same, ''sorry that's just how i am, im sometimes mean and i can't control it'' spamming the buttons constantly, bringing a massive event summon and bringing a round to its end fast for no absolute reason doesn't seem like something fun, i mean, some antagonists had their fun, yes because they spent the whole round doing their whole memery, but there was also other people who weren't happy; i don't think you wanted people to have fun, maybe you did want to, but it looks like you just wanted to have fun by yourself spamming buttons, there is multiple rounds in which you have done this, and if i know i have a issue im not gonna go ping you up in discord and say ''hey dude can you stop this'' i'll make a complaint because i know it's not a personal issue between you and me.

About that vote, i never saw your vote at all but democracy isn't to something to blame, you started spamming buttons only because a low certain amount of players voted yes on your memes, let's be honest, most of those people probably thought, ''oh it might be a fun organized mini event'' they don't even know how you've done past events, but there could've been a minority or majority of people who doesn't wants your memes turned on, personally i think an event or ''memes'' should be something to ask perm from the headmins, not from the majority of the people in a server.

I will note as a general precedent that votes (even vague ones promising "memes") have generally been seen as sufficient justification if successful to unleash otherwise unacceptable button pressing upon the station. Whether this button pressing was within those bounds, or the vote was sufficiently popular, or whether votes should even be regarded as justification in future, are obviously matters for debate/headmin ruling.

secret extended with no notable activity, no work for engineering at all with the station. no i didn't aim it at the SM although it was bizzare it got jammed in there. luckily no delam, i was just wanting some walls to be damaged so engineering could feel useful without making antags to actually ruin the round.

note that because the SM setup is robust and the rod didn't damage it all that happened there was a missing collector

in my honest opinion I can see why someone may be upset. I've been an admin since July 29th 2018 and have only gotten this sort of report recently, with the implication of my events and administration usually working out. while i can also see the perspective and still stand by my reasonings however good or bad they were for each choice.
