Your side of the story: I was playing a round as Chief Engineer when my brother, weebamna, who was playing in the same game got banned for metacommunicating with my friend, Satchmeat at the above time. He was, of my knowledge, metacommunicating with him but it was that he was teaching him how to play, as my weebamna is new and barely even knows how to type in-game. That's another story, though. The thing was, he was banned, but a little while afterwards, when the round ended, I was banned for the same reason with the message: "You, or another user of this computer or connection (weebamna) is banned from playing here." Their appeal is a different matter, however. I didn't partake in it, even less be in their department.

Why you think you should be unbanned: In summary, I think I shouldn't be banned for someone on the same connection being banned.

The reason someone on the same connection cannot play is because it is impossible to tell whether it genuinely is another person, or the person who was banned using an alternate account and using it to evade their punishment.
