Your side of the story: I was a cook, doing cook things when an admin got on and started phishing for details to ban me. Told him the same thing I'm saying here and he just brushed it off and said I should argue my case here. Ban first, ask questions later seems to be the modus operandi. Will I be reimbursed for my time for typing all of this up just to fight a frivolous ban?

Well I more just wanted to see what kind of excuse would be given.
Alright so heres the deal, you caught a 2-day ban for bombing the AI to distract everybody while you looted the armory. This is the same day your new ckey rleoster was created and played for two days under the same IP. Not even a week later you do it again on HankHimmler and get banned permanently this time.

Honestly we should have caught you sooner but that'd probably take effort.

From my perspective, it's an unjust ban, and I would like my privileges back, unless you have concrete evidence of my account violating rules to a bannable extent.

I don't know how you can tell it was the same computer, I've been connecting from a personal laptop which no one has access to, so I don't know what to tell you.

If you've been connecting from your own laptop then there's no way this is wrong.
Maybe if you were using a library computer and saw some other dude jump off the computer in a frothing rage and decided to try it out for yourself. The mental image of that is pretty funny though.

See, that's impossible, I played from at least 3 different computers now that I think of it, so whatever script is logging the computers, is not accurate. Hinging a perma ban on that is just lazy.

You're just giving incentive for people to do more ban evading, rather than solving anything. What you're doing is not productive.
