Increase the payout for bar/ kitchen robot orders

They're great and should be the main aim of bartenders and chefs (aside from serving real players) but the payout is TINY compared to cargo bounties. They should be increased by at least 5x to make it comprable.

The payout isn't THAT bad, it's enough to get away with using the chef express orders.

That being said something's bugged specifically with the japanese tourist bots that causes them to not pay for their food.

I'm pretty sure this is just a numbers change, you could probably go onto github then web edit it to force the codebase to consider it.
