Can someone who knows confirm if this setting still does anything? Voting went through a lot of changes over the years and while I might not know what I'm looking for I can find the config element definition in the code but nothing that seems to access it. I wonder if it's just left over and obsolete or if I'm just missing something.

rock the vote feature was removed from the codebase with this PR. you will need new code not a policy thread
