Your side of the story: <After some building mode shoving around i kiddingly tried to plant a c4 on the admin who supposedly did that, meaning to cancel the planting process in the end i failed, ending up placing the c4 onto Atropos. I attempted taking it off afterwards but i couldn't do it because it was under textures and i couldn't reach it.>
Why you think you should be unbanned: <I wasn't implying on griefing or anything like that, due to the buildmode shoving i thought it was an ooc situation and that we were just 'fucking around', i would not think that there would be consequences or that it would turn out gibbing the marine. I really think it's a mistake and i'm really sorry about it, i wouldn't want to stop playing the game over that. I just wanna play the game>

First, even when 'fucking around', c4 should be one of the last things to be considered, as that breaks escalation rules.

Second, you have an extensive history of FF and gibbing incidents, which makes this a bit less plausible to be an accident.

Lastly, you were just unbanned from the server with a condition that you will not break any rules, which is why this a permanent ban.

I do understand that my note history doesn't look good but i ask you to pardon me this once, i have no way of getting vouched somehow as the only server i play on ss13 right now is tgmc. C4 wasn't supposed to be planted in the first place, it was just to scare the other side off for doing that, i had no imply on gibbing them. C4 trolling was a thing for a long time now but due to me not playing for some time (and not usually putting c4s on marines) i had no way to know that it would go under other's sprite texture after i failed to cancel the planting in the first part.

Regarding escalation rules, i've been told that there is no such thing as escalation on TGMC as it's a lrp team fighting server. In addition as i said, i couldn't have known that the situation was ic and i very much considered it an OOC one.
