Your side of the story: Was messing with a marine disarming his plushie out of his hands, eventually this led to me flushing his plushie down disposals. Upon me flushing his plushie down disposals the guy began shooting at me, I recall being shot at more than once and not retaliating the first few times of being shot at / hit. After this I decided rather than having an all out gunfight that it would be a case of de-escalation to sopho him (to stop him from shooting me) and punching him into crit while leaving him in medbay where he could be quickly healed and we could both just move on as this was before the op had began. I was then banned.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I am aware of the image that I had created for my self through my actions in the past and how this creates a stigma around me and my behaviour. I have said many times in past appeals that I had "changed" but clearly I had not. An example of this is the level of immaturity that I used to show while interacting with the community and the game as a whole as well as feeling genuine anger while playing a game (tgmc). Looking back on this makes me feel embarrassed at how much of a child I was when playing this game, yet it reminds me of how much I have truly changed in this 1 year timeframe. I know it is kind of rich to say but I would appreciate yet another chance - if I break the rules in even a minor way you can just blacklist me and I wont appeal again. The fact that I have left it until now to appeal is me believing that I have Truly changed and that I am ready to start again in this community and be judged on my actions in the present, not in the past.
References of good conduct: I have played a tiny bit of tg classic on terry, I have also played about 80 hours of ss14 mainly on hrp servers such as frontier station and wizards den (no notes on either of these servers)
