Why should this appeal be accepted?: the administrator, in their haste, left out key details - such as the snail stealing my cigar, moving diagonally through the main hallways to maximize the lube spread, and at the time of the shooting, the snail was utilizing said lube to evade arrest from an officer.

if possible i would like to bypass speaking to the banning admin and appeal this directly to the headmins to clarify if snails/other mutants utilizing abilities that make them nearly impossible to arrest can be subject to lethal fire. additionally, the snail to my knowledge never entirely died due to medical intervention, making the note factually incorrect to begin with.

Gonna wait on the other headmins for a final clarification of our snoyscelation policy here, but the last ruling we gave during the snailperson event was that folks were allowed to “rough up” snailpeople lubing the halls to grief, but not RR, and to follow escalation during the process. This was off the cuff during the event, however, and so I feel reviewing our policy here is a good idea.
