Your side of the story: Well, it's worth dividing everything into several parts of the story. How the conflict started, how it continued, and the part where the "settlement" with the admins took place. It all started in cargo in the round before that, that is, in the last round regarding where I got banned. I just came in and asked to approve the rockets for the RL160. I was just told to fuck off because it was the very beginning of the round. I waited for the cargo to get ready and the first orders to arrive. He asked again. I was sent again and just like that they specifically disapproved of my order, in addition to this, this Alice started shooting at me. And also, this dude just silently shot at me when I asked about missiles. Well, that is, you could say, there are no points or something, okay, I would fix the drill and that's it, so to speak, I would get the points myself. But after ignoring him and being generally disrespectful on her part, I also said a couple of flattering things about her and went with what I had for surgery.
Now a part of the story about how it went on. All this was in the last round, from the current one, that is, from where I was banned. So, I landed and started shooting. Not very successfully, but nevertheless the rockets were running out. I thought maybe they'd order me some rockets now. He asked for it on the radio. They didn't tell me anything, just ignored it. There was also someone who ordered cartridges for the smartgun and Flak cannon, and they approved everything. I thought, well, maybe they need it more right now. When I killed the queen and pyro with missiles, and then they were sold, I asked for more missiles for literally 300 points, that's 10 missiles, they ignored me. But when the Flak cannon operator asked for supplies, he was immediately answered and his expensive shells were approved, although his cannon did not kill anyone or hit anyone at all. Anyway. EVERY request that was said was approved, with a delay, but every request was approved. Mine was just ignored. Only mine. I had to ask FC Marcelline wolfe to order for me in that round. Well, that is, for her to ask for shells for the RL160 instead of me. And what do you think? Of course, they immediately approved and threw it off.
Now the final part of the story, where there was a trial with the admins. This is a new round, namely the one where I got banned and the ID is specified. It all started as usual, I didn't even talk to RO, I didn't order anything. We landed when the rockets started to run out, I asked FC Marcelline wolfe to order the rockets. In response, Alice said "Fuck RR shells". Maybe there weren't enough points, I thought. Then it became known that RO Alice started using cameras and she saw what was happening on earth and how I was walking around FC all the time, and there weren't many people. I could have put 2 + 2 together and realized that I was asking for rockets. But here's the surprise, I didn't say anything to her in this round, and in general, well, zero interactions. That is, there seems to be no reason to refuse, except for points. Then, in order to get the missiles, I repaired the drill with an engineer, specially waited for him to send 300 points to the cargo, and again FC Marcelline wolfe asked me to buy missiles specifically for these points. In short, I talked to Marcelline wolfe at the LOOC about whether this is normal? At first, he also thought it was the points, but after a while and these signals, it became obvious that this was meta-hatred. I asked him what to do in such a situation, he said that Alice is an Admin and she can do anything. At THE SAME MOMENT, a shorter admin appears next to his character in a suit and says that no, he is not an admin. Then Marcelline wolfe told me to do an ahelp and clarify what and how, because not only in my words, but also in his, it was meta-hatred. That's what I did. After a very quick dialogue with the admin, who listened to our entire LOOC conversation and was generally around all the time, but he wanted to write himself, he waited for me to write to him. Well, it wasn't the first time, and FC told me that this dude was a particular bitch. Well, in short, it was obvious to everyone that this was just sabotage with a meta reason. She sent us everything except the rockets. As a result, we were pinned down and we just asked Alice with our last breath to drop the fucking Missiles in order to keep the big xenomorphs at a distance. But she didn't give a fuck. When FC asked for rockets one last time, she said 'Fuck RR shells' again. Then Alice sent us some shit and a machine gun, and we were all killed. End. And after I told the admin that this was an obvious betrayal on the part of Alice for the meta reason that I wasn't the only one who felt that way, and fuck yes, okay, I said too much and just well, I thought the admins were impartial, but it turned out that way. Well, I mean, as FC Marcelline wolfe told me, he said that Alice and the admin (deadeagle) "have already discussed everything" and I just shouldn't ask for some kind of solution, because there's nothing you can do. Well, anyway, after that I said that I was very fucking unhappy, because on Russian servers they generally punish such betrayal harshly and they would decide impartially. In response, they told me, well, we are like that. I'm sorry about that. That was the end of our conversation. Well, there wasn't even a hint that he was somehow unhappy with me or that he didn't like anything about my actions. The admin didn't tell me anything. On the contrary, I was in favor of knowing what was going on. Well, after that, suddenly permaban arrives at the end of the round under a quiet one, silently and without any complaints before that.
Why you think you should be unbanned: Why should I be unbanned? Well, damn, I was asking for justice for myself, considering that I wasn't the only one who thought Alice was doing mayhem and sabotage for a meta reason. FC and other Marines thought the same. And then I get banned without explanation, even though we weren't talking about me at all, but about Alice violating it. In general, the admin didn't tell me anything that I had done something wrong. And then the ban. For the sake of justice, I should say that I probably shouldn't have been so rude, but based on our conversation, it wasn't a problem. This admin said that I'm sorry that everything is like that (based on the conversation about Alice), and then he banned me after 10 minutes in silence.
References of good conduct: As for the other servers, I'm calmly playing on RU CM and RU TGMC, It's just night, and they weren't working. I don't have any problems there.
