Why should this appeal be accepted?:

The only part of this that I'm going to argue is the "(and get your friends to do so as well)". Though I had said that I was going to do so, I didn't. It was something dumb that I lied I was going to do because I was angry at them and... Honestly, I don't know what I wanted out of it. But it wasn't something I actually did,

Other than that though: I'm not going to contest it. I was a jackass. I did a lot of things wrong, and I was incredibly rude to a lot of people who didn't deserve it. The ban was justified.

But I'm here to seek forgiveness, and another chance. Quite some time has passed, almost 10 months. I've grown as a person; I won't say that I'm perfect now, but I'm better than I was, and I think that I'm ready to rejoin the server.

I expect a Vouch being needed, and I think I can do one better. In the time since my ban from TG, I became, and have been, an active admin on the English branch of the World of Darkness 13 server (separate ownership from the Russian server), as well as brought onto the staff team for a downstream of it that's starting to formulate. I hope that's good enough to qualify as a vouch, but if it's really needed, I can ask someone above me to provide one.

I'm going to open this with the fact that although I'm not going to be overturning this ban, I appreciate the effort you've put in to change and improve, and don't want to diminish that fact with this denial.
I don't think I can in good faith remove the ban yet because of just how long that history is, but histories can work both ways and creating a positive one from here on out is something that can wash away prior issues.

I'll be keeping this ban in place, but if you re-appeal in another year I'll probably lift it if you keep making a positive record.

Just providing an oversight mechanism since even bans that current headmins have placed are still subject to review by the other two headmins, plus from my perspective all contested permabans definitely merit a proper headmin once-over.

I think the denial from Omega is perhaps a little harsh given you now find yourself in positions of leadership and/or authoritah, but not an unreasonable one given that not even a full year has passed from your original ban date and the very low tolerance we have for the behaviour from your ban reason.

So keep up what you're doing and my advice is come back into your next appeal with a bit of insight into what you've learned and any new perspectives you've gained from your time in a position of authority, seeing as your track record has included quite far, far too much toxicity towards admins (putting your ban reason itself aside).
