Why should this appeal be accepted?: I haven't been banned on Monkestation, as in the month of December, I have been playing on it. Additionally, I have never visited Kawaii Farms, or what it means, Kiwi farms, which i was told it does. I haven't been on TGstation for like, a year, and I was unaware I had been banned on a station until I tried to connect on Byond, as Monkestation is down for Maintenance, which is where I most often play.

The banning admin was Fikou and they have been notified of your ban appeal.

I have already let both olivad and Fikou know about this fact, but, for record-keeping sake, assuming this crossban was based on a public centcom ban from around the same time, then its ban reason was changed to "This was a mistake.".

I was in talks with Monke admins at the time raids from KiwiFarms happened and you were one of the ckeys reported, and as Justice said, you were banned there- they just removed it and said it was a mistake, we didn't get informed on that

Hello, Kiwifarms user here.

We're not aware of any Kiwi Farmer raids ever taking place on monke station. We are aware that monke station staff had been lurking the Kiwi Farms SS13 thread in late November to identify users of our server (Riviera Station) by looking for visible CKeys in the OOC chat of gameplay screenshots, and then banning them.

The 7 people banned on 11-29-24 by omegadarkpotato were banned by monkestation due to their CKeys being visible in a gameplay screenshot on KF.
roraewa9 (banned 11-29-24 by maxipat) I don't know anything about, so they probably did whatever you think they did.
The remaining 10 people banned 11-29-24 by maxipat were banned by monkeystation due to their CKeys being visible in a gameplay screenshot on KF.
The 13 people banned on 11-30-24 by fikou (including OP) were banned by monkeystation due to their CKeys being visible in a screenshot on KF. These 13 bans are different, as they were made due to a fabricated gameplay screenshot a KF user posted to see how monke station staff would respond. As far as I know, none of the persons affected have ever used Kiwi Farms or played on Riveria Station, and monke station have already quietly lifted those 13 bans after being laughed at for it, apparently without letting you know it was a mistake.

I can provide links to the publicly accessible gameplay screenshots on our forum to prove that this is where monke station found so many CKeys to ban, but hesitate to do so unsolicited, as links to KF can be ToS-breaching in many communities. Let me know if you'd like to see them.

As far as I know, none of the banned users are especially interested in appealing these bans. If it's tg policy to preemptively ban all Riviera Station players on sight, that's perfectly acceptable to us and well within your rights as a community. I'm posting here only to let you know that if monke station staff have been communicating to you that this banwave was the result of raids or any kind of action or behaviour on our end, instead of them proactively hunting for any and all Riveria Station users by lurking our forums looking for them in screenshots, then they have not been honest with you.
