I was banned a pretty while ago and ban evaded with my bud Morhilo whom I see has now gotten unbanned so I thought I'd like to try and give it a shot. I haven't played the game in a bit but the most recent was on an alt called Hedphelym which I've used sparsely to legitimately play Beestation now and then. I have no intention of griefing anymore, I just want to play the game normally. Thank you.

Hi there,

It's been a while and I'd probably consider a second chance, however, I'm not sure this is necessarily my appeal either ; the ban I placed was pretty much just catching you multikeying / ban evading and unravelling a bit of your network of alts.

What I can't really find is what original ban you might have been evading ; my ban comes after various other evasion bans but while I can find a whole bunch of accounts connected to you I couldn't work out which one started the chain of you getting banned for evading bans.

Two things I'll ask then I guess ;
1) Do you have a recollection where the events all started ; which account got banned first and then triggered the rest of the avalanche of evasion bans? By procedure this is the appeal you must initially make.
2) Can you list as many of your alts as you can recall please.

Based on your answers I'll figure out a direction forward for this appeal.

1) I'm not exactly sure. It could possibly have been a temporary ban on Xamiux, but I can't remember. In any case my first ever account on BYOND was Xamiux.
2) Kevayor, FihekCY, Cotang, Caethiwed, Dawllch, Nexussampsa, Rodac, Spagnus, Wisestminer12, Walppo, Siyomon617 (approximate list of the accounts I made myself, I did however also use accounts made by my friend, which I have no documentation of)

Alright, far as I can tell the last time you evaded was around April this year, though I will admit following the web of all your connections gets a bit long in the tooth.

I think the fairest response is to say if you can come back in April 2025 without having further tried to evade then I'll happily make a case to see if I can get the numerous bans and evasion bans put in the past and giving you a fresh (although likely with a probationary note) try.

EDIT: I took a look at my friend's ban appeal (viewtopic.php?f=34&t=37558), he was unbanned merely days after being caught ban evading.

My understanding is that this is probably because he spent time playing on that account, proving his intent to play normally. I don't know if it's significant enough, but for what it's worth, I also played legitimately on Bee (I believe mostly on Hedphelym) after/approaching the end of the whole ban evasion thing, and I'm somewhat involved with the community as well.

I haven't had that much time to play games these past few months, but I do intend to continue playing on Bee. Maybe a sort of voucher thing could be arranged or something?

Scuse the delay in responding, I should have put my name on the appeal perhaps, I overlooked it when browsing through here.

I guess the difference there is a established new player record for them, which I guess speaks for its own vouch, all I've really got for you is a collection of one-use or abandoned alts spread across the years with none of them really getting regular use.

If you have an alternative vouch we accept I'd be willing to take it into consideration.
