I should be unbanned because this was an ic issue. during this round my character was being debased as a dog molester. there is clearly a double standard being issued here. the process to deal with a prick is screwdriver to eyes crit then med bay with no bwoinks. Also this greenmin has his trigger finger the most happy. I was noted for this in the past and now I must face a perma? where is the middle ground.

My apologies, but we're going to be denying your appeal more officially. Normally, in situations like this, a jump from a note to a permaban is rather unjustified— and I can understand the frustration! In your prior denied appeal to the note in questions, however, you failed to take responsibility for your actions at all in the slightest. This, to me, is a telling sign that you are not recognizing the consequences of your actions on others or even yourself, calling the appeal a "farce" and slinging the odd phrases "spectres and ghouls" at us. Funny, for the Halloween season and for a note appeal, but ultimately far more worrying in the context of this ban.

Here, again, you do not seem keen to accept responsibility for worrying and strange remarks about pizzagate, a real-life conspiracy theory, and even talk about diddling kids IC. This alone would not necessarily constitute a permaban upheld, if you were indeed regretful and recognized the issues at hand.

All three appeals have failed to meet the format for our system, and all three show you flinging words at banning admins and other staff alike. Shitposting for gaffs, even in poor taste, does not lead to an upheld permaban. Shitposting in your appeal and throwing responsibility to the wayside does. I cannot in good conscience overturn your ban at this time because I am not at all convinced we will not see a repeat of the very same worrying actions that will lead us here again.

If you wish to appeal, please try again next Headmin term at the soonest, and with the proper appellant formatting to show that you're genuinely trying instead of trolling the forums. Good day.
