[BOUNTY] Make gloves and modsuits wearable by one-armed characters.

It has always been silly that someone missing an arm can't put one glove on. Because of that, someone missing a limb can't wear a modsuit, something that also seems silly.

My code bounty has two parts:

• Enable those with one hand to wear gloves (glove?).
• Enable those with missing limbs to deploy and wear modsuits.

My code bounty is $20 for each, totaling $40 for the entire bounty.

I expect someone with one arm wearing a glove will only show half of the gloves sprite. If this is complicated, I will up the bounty amount.
