My name's Wine. If you don't know who I am you probably haven't spent very much time on Terry; But for a quick introduction I've been an active admin for 4 years now a trainer for a few of those. I spend a lot of time on Terry and you'll find me there most days!

Update the Admin Training program
The current method of selecting new admins is a bit, opaque, clunky and slow. But it does create one of the best admin teams I've seen. I think we can update its bad points while keeping what makes it great!

I've said this before and I'll say it again that admin events are brilliant and we should have more of them.

I'd like to ensure that all FNR business gets a headmin eye on it, and that give them some indication of how long it's likely to take.

"We're all here to have fun, supposedly" and every action we take as admins should be broadly guided by this principle. As admins we can guide the round through events and the server culture through bans and rulings but the end goal should be one that maximises the fun had for everyone. Players acting in good faith, who make mistakes should be gently guided back to the fold; shitters who ruin things for everyone on purpose should be removed. I like to think that 99.9% of the people we see are in the first camp and the latter camp are fairly easy to spot.
