Why should this appeal be accepted?: as I was told, the ban was given for my excessive toxicity and negative impact on the server. To clarify - ban was given after i told my honest opinion in DISCORD CHANNEL, my opinion was next: "I don't care if players get a bad experience when theyre using BUG IN THE CODE". My opinion based only for exploiting cases, I think we misunderstood each other, because I said that I respect rule 1 (https://discord.com/channels/3268221442 ... 9103175700
They also told me about "documented cases of being toxic" that I would like to see.
Not to mention that ban was given on server for something in DISCORD, not for breaking game rules.

i will let TBM address his ban, but since there was headmin approval from all of us to sanction you, i will elaborate a little on my own reasoning.

you were not banned for what you said on discord. your attitude on discord is what initiated a check on your recent history. you first connected to our servers on the 11th of march. since then, in less than 3 months, you've accrued (not counting this one) 28 notes and 8 bans for your conduct.

a lot of lenience has been shown to you, mostly because our admins are generally lenient, but also because it was a large cross section of admins applying these sanctions, so no single admin took ownership of the situation and applied escalating bans. they've all stayed at very low, very polite requests for you to please address your poor behaviour when participating on our servers.

this is how the majority of our QC bans happen. there is no single inciting incident, but rather something occurs which draws headmin attention to a player's overall history and conduct, and we assess whether they are a net negative on the community, and whether they've made any sincere attempt to correct their behaviour or take accountability for their conduct.

this ban is addressing the overall situation of your frankly obscenely poor history of conduct, as well as the fact that no one has attempted to escalate this beyond a light slap on the wrist.

there was strong admin input to have this be a QC permaban immediately, which we turned down. we wanted to give you this as a reality check and a genuine chance to reflect on this: you need to improve your behaviour when participating on our servers, or it is very, very likely that you will have your ability to participate revoked permanently if you continue down the path you're currently on.

yeah i know i have bad history, but after my last week ban i tried to improve my situation, my gameplay was entire different for last few days, and what I got? i got month ban just because headmin pay attention for me speaking in discord, and decided to check my past notes history.
for me that's unfair, everything bad i did is already in past and i got already banned and warned for my behaviour, so why would you ban me again for expired bans? if you really wanted to deal with me, like you said, you could extend my last ban for a month already or something similar, but not giving ban just because my past.

hey there - this QC ban was placed with the whole of your time in this community in mind, not at the cause of a short discord conversation. even prior to your weeklong ban, this QC was being discussed actively. you have been getting notes or bans every few days since you started here three months ago, including ones that would have ordinarily copped people permanent bans, had you not been given the grace of a new player. the continued pace at which you were acting poorly to others indicated to me that you had very little care or awareness for the people who you share this space and community with - which you heavily reinforced in the conversation you've referenced in the OP, after being kindly asked not to abuse a fun mechanic that would likely see a nerf if overdone.




you have been given many chances to change the trajectory of this outcome, and by making this a month-long ban, i hoped to allow you some time to gain a different perspective on the game and your place in the clubhouse that you play it in. it is clear that you are a passionate player and enjoy this game, and i would love for you to be able to turn that passion into something that won't result in a worse gamespace for everybody else, which is why this is a month-long ban - not a permanent one that comes with a vouch request attached. i have no intentions to lift this before the month is up, and am rooting for the turnaround you claim you were attempting to make prior to this being placed, because i did not witness it in a quick skim of your rounds after the weekban was placed.

my opinion still the same and i don't think i should repeat it once again (about trying to play normally last time and my position on using bugs, which I've never used before and never will further)
I'm really disagree with your decision, but can't do much, if no one higher from admins intervenes with will to change your decision. all my arguments are already used and anything i want is another chance to show my improvement.
i'll still be disagree with further ban decision and if there will be no progress for lifting ban i assume you can close the ticket, because i can't say much.
