This is still being thought over, just so that you're aware I've seen it. I'll post my thoughts on it later.

After thinking on this further I've decided to Deny this appeal- You've put literally no effort in this appeal and at the same time have misrepresented your ban reason. Hell, you put in even less effort than you did last time, and at least you recognized what you did there instead of just saying "i spammed"- you told someone to kill themselves and harangued staff after getting banned for being just as horrid to interact with ingame. There's no indication that you've done anything other than let time pass to show that you can "readjust" or "better conform to the rules".

In the words of spookuni on your original server ban: "all indications are that the server will be a better place without you".
