Do you list your commission prices somewhere?
I should. I'll put them up on my website soon.
Usually I charge £20-40 for a sketch, £80 for inks and colours, and £100ish for a full colour piece, backgrounds extra. The one above was £120.
Right now i'm working on one for iguana jones, which I'll post soon!

How do I draw like this without committing my life to practicing drawing
draw 20 minutes every day, especially drawing things from life.
my life isn't dedicated to drawing! it's just a fun thing i do.
what do you use to draw?
I do a lot of drawing on pen and paper. When it comes to digital art, I use Clip Studio Paint Pro, because it's really good and fairly cheap. Most art programs charge a monthly rate these days, but CSP is a one-time purchase, which is how software should be IMO.
I'd say, having good tools is nice, but it won't make you a good artist. Your best bet if you want to improve is practice your fundimentals. Draw ONE HUNDRED cubes. The secret is that everything can be drawn if you draw enough cubes.
Oh, here's another SS13 piece I uploaded some time ago. It's based on an idea Goofball had for a kitchen/bar in a station that had a tram between the kitchen and bar sections.
