Add a post-round channel in the Discord

the #tgstation channel is full of people discussing TG, ss13, or random topics
We need a channel specifically to discuss rounds after they end
the Paradise discord has one
We can move the "Mr Terry" "Mrs Sybil" bot messages there too

I think you should just do one channel because it is uncommon for rounds to end at the same time. You will also accidentally see what is happening on the other servers and who exists there reducing server tribalism.

+1 on this. if we run into issues where servers end up ending at the same time too often then we can consider splitting up the channels. for now i think we should just give it a spin for a single channel and see how that plays out.

It gets kinda cluttered up with other discussions as well. I think the idea is to contain all the post-round chatter/salt to a single place while people discuss other bullshit in #tgstation-general.
