new quirk concept: Caffiend

we have a quirk for cigarette addiction and a quirk for alcohol addiction i think it'd be funny if we had a quirk for caffeine addiction where you gotta drink coffee or energy drinks or sodas every so often or get a bad moodlet and get drowsy and start yawning and getting bleary vision

thats my idea :)

i love this cus we have very intricate and cute and fun to use coffee machines but sadly very little reason to use them outside of just cus they're there

i already play with smoker i want to have to neck coffee AND chainsmoke it would rule

also while we're on the topic plz let us choose our favourite cigarette brand for the smoker quirk, this is very crucial to character lore please understand
