Seen them on a good bit on bagil, seems to be doing a good job.

1. He's active. Most of the time while im playing he's the only admin I see on bagil.

2. Uses ingame actions to respond to ingame events. Actually attempts to make round fun instead of just responding to things directly related to admining.

3. Professional. When responding to serious ahelps, he talks in a professional manner.

4. Nice man all around. Enjoyable to talk to.

if he doesn't i'm going to murder him in his sleep anyway so i guess that part doesn't matter.

You can mentally add a huge pointed list and two pages of praise mentally if that makes you feel better.
