Very simply I don't see a reason why singulo control is disabled in cofig anymore as our standards for admins have improved. Any admin who possesses a singulo will either have a good reason for it or wont be an admin much longer.

I'm almost certain there's a hacky way to get around singulo posession restriction anyway, possibly buildmode throw or something? If an admin wants to abuse their powers, this is possibly the most obvious way to go about it.

There is, and this is it, though unlike Singulo possession you can't use it to prevent catastrophe, only cause it.

It is intentional that this config is not protected from admins editing it by vving the config controller. (somebody some time long ago re-protected it. I just removed that)

Rule 0 allows admins to do so and face the consequences.

I recall this being forbidden as it causes an absolutely hilarious amount of lag, not due to it having the potential to completely fuck the round.
