Your side of the story: I was walking around stun locking people by throwing them into walls after being told not to be an asshole multiple times. I was DM'ed by an admin saying they don't with it and I sent "lololololololol"

Why you think you should be unbanned: The ban was completely justified. I was a complete asshole playing and having just seen how to ban evade I didn't care and just wanted to tide all day all night. I feel as though I have changed not only in ss13 but as a human being. I turned 18 just a month ago, I'm going to hope me saying I was 15 was taken as an obvious joke and if you can't tell it was, in fact, a joke. I got my shit together in school after being banned and finished the year strong and I'm proud. I feel as though now I can provide something to the community by actually being normal.

Yes, I am to admit I did ban evade a bunch of times. Contrary to popular belief I did not ban evade a 3-day ban. Every account except for one was mine. The one that wasn't was in public bans a while back where it was suspected as me.

After ban evading a bunch of times, I played about 60+ hours on Fortuna 13(About. There's no way to get a screenshot), A fallout 13 server. Sadly It got shut down. They did offer vouchers, the admin that said I can have them was Octus. But I don't know where they are now. I don't think I got any notes playing only getting admin dmed for misunderstandings.

After playing that amount of time I took abt a 1-2 month break on ss13 and sought to get unbanned on Fulp. I played for a little bit abt 10 hours and got banned, I'll talk more about that in another section. Long story short I thought the fulp ban was dumb. Knowing that I have changed decided to play on the roleplay fallout13 server "The Wasteland" to prove that I'm capable of being able to function normally. I have played 46 hours with no problems. I can provide a screenshot if needed. Fortuna13 was HRP I'm pretty sure. And "The Wasteland" is labeled as roleplay and fun. I hope for another chance to join Tgstation again, I just hope I'm not forever banned due to my history and have a chance in coming back whether on probation or waiting longer.

References of good conduct: Like said 60+ hours on an HRP fallout 13 server Fortuna13. 46 hours on "The wasteland". I did play a bit of void crew but the roles were even lighter than TG and being run by a blacklisted member I don't think it provides much merit about 30hours I think.

Anything else we should know: Yes I did get permabanned from fulp after being appealed. It was a war-ops round, I was making ephedrine in chemistry(I guess this is considered excessive power gaming to fulpstaton, at the time to me it seemed fine because it was a war-ops round), and the chemist kept assaulting me while I was trying to make it (even though his coworker let me in) So I politely asked him to stop and said its war-ops and he didn't so I stunned him 3 times. The ban was labeled as I detained him, and I abused my security role. When pointing out hypocrisies with other people's power gaming It was considered rules-lawyering. The ban in my opinion and in fact of what happened Was Dumb, Dishonest, and hypocritical and does not reflect me as a player. In your mere 122 hours of play, you were one of the most frustrating people to be around, both to the admins who would have to deal with your tickets and to the playerbase at large. I distinctly remember a handful of Sybil admins being on the border of just flat out quitting until someone did something. Your playstyle was among the most toxic ways you can interact with this game. When you weren't validhunting your ass off, you were doing your best to make the experiences of other players miserable, by starting as many fights as you could with as little escalation as you think you could get away with. When ahelped, you dragged tickets on and were hostile to admins trying to get you to treat other players like they were in any way human and not just target practice.

Then, after giving you an unbelievable amount of time to improve, over the span of Armhulen talking to you, then several notes, then me talking to you, then another note, you then decided that it would be a great idea to evade your ban, several times. Catching you was a frustrating game every single time, and I had to essentially spend countless days double checking to make sure there wasn't any trace of you left. And to not just leave it implied, your behavior on these accounts was identical to your main account. That's not just me saying that, a good handful of the accounts were other admins and players both being able to tell just from your shittery.

And in case there's no way to make repeated ban evasion worse, you then decided to appeal every single ban you got, lying to both admins and head admins repeatedly, trying to bring doubt to my standing to the team. This on it's own gives the right to completely bar you from appealing altogether, as per rule 10 of the Ban Appeals forum:

10. This forum is for ban appeals made in good faith only. Major actions of bad faith in your ban appeal will be punished. Your ability to appeal bans can be revoked, leaving you fucked if you are perma banned. Lying, forging supporting evidence, or making baseless claims against the administration will not end well for you.

It's impossible to find a single segment of that last sentence that doesn't apply to you.

When head admins were so sick of me having to explain the nuances of evasion detection, you then decided to file two admin complaints against the both of them, to do your utmost best to waste every single person involved's time.

Your ban on somah69 was in December. Your last ban evasion ban is either January or February (there was one person who was definitely evading but I was 50/50 on if it was you, "impostoramogus"). It has been barely 5 months.

Given this extensive history, both your vouches are not a whole lot of playtime, but also neither Fortuna 13 nor Voidcrew are in host chat, so it's harder for me to confirm even if they were satisfactory enough for me. If you're interested, I am happy to confirm what servers you might find interest in are in host bus (most of the seasoned ones are).

The 15 thing being a joke I can live with, I guess? But there is no chance in hell I am lifting this without the vouch of a lifetime.

Round ID: 20371 Rules Broken: Core 2 Reason: As a security officer during a war ops round. You got into chemistry and when the chemists asked you to leave and dragged you out so they can do their job, you stunned them. Kept rule lawyering about others "not doing their job" and used examples like people getting armory gear to fight the nukies. There is a very clear difference between gearing up to fight for your life and abusing your security gear to detain chemists when they resist against you as they want to do their job and you don't let them, just so you can do it yourself.

Goon is a popular one, and has a lower roleplay expectation than a lot of other SS13 servers these days from what I'm told. It's tough to find other LRP servers in Hostbus that aren't super action heavy (not that I wouldn't accept them if you had enough playtime, but that they wouldn't be as glowing as being able to hold your own on more RP focused servers), but of those you might find interest in TGMC and Burgerstation. If you like Voidcrew, I also have contact with the people who run Shiptest.

A vouch on its own, alongside at least until a year has passed since the original ban, so about 6/7 months.
