Listen to good music
Get a hug
Take a shower
Eat something delicious (depending on if the game thinks it is)
Pet an animal

Drugs, smoking, examining something sprayed by a tagger, being able to hear someone playing an instrument with musician, standing in the bar, winning an arcade game, exercising, a clown honking you with a bike horn, having a family heirloom, wearing a clown/mime pin you match with, drinking laughter, being wellfed but not fat, wearing a freshly washed jumpsuit

just go into maint and find HP+ gum, it has the happiness chem in it (just be sure to not eat too many)
also if you're on meta theres a guaranteed mood stabilizer pill bottle in the cafe near cargo

low mood makes you slow and that sucks really hard but high mood makes you go into crit at 120 damage instead of 100 which is awesome
