[bluespace] yet another note appeal bweep bwoop

I was under the impression that notes for overturned bans stayed, but I recently read an admin say the opposite (i.e. you can appeal notes for bans that were overturned), so sorry if this is unwarranted.

Notes in question:

17-Mar-2014 | Banned for 1440 minutes - Murdered an engineer after being expelled from engineering, did not respond to adminPMs. ~bluespace
18-Mar-2014 | Above ban removed after FNR explanation. All parties involved satisfied. ~bluespace

The FNR post in question dates back to the erroforums and I can't seem to find a way to dig it out of the chelp, but the gist is that said engineer attacked me first, I retaliated, he ended up losing the fight, and I was in the process of dragging him to medbay to get either cryo or cloned (don't remember which). All this should be in logs. As for not responding to the adminPM, I usually play with sound off and I think the BWOINK in question came a few minutes after the incident. As the second note mentions, the ban was overturned.

Like I said, not a huge issue, but all things being equal I would prefer no notes to redundant notes.
