Nobody see what he does because he's the only admin on Terry that actually watches the server. Talked with me a ton when Terry was constantly going up and down and has been our guardian of smol Terry for the past like month.

Really great trialmin, chill and patient but decisive when he needs to be.
The hero Terry needs, not having this dude admin would be a crying shame.

Only admin I've had much major interaction with recently because Terry doesn't get much love. Taken care of things when they need to be taken care of and is totally reasonable about explaining things when it comes down to an IC issue without giving away the round. Good stuff.

if the story the dude gave in that appeal is true i hope he removed his note or else this guy banned someone for getting bombed, didnt remove their note then told them to "change for the better"

this is a bad handling of a ticket:
1. Not friendly, very cold and "just food for thought" comes off really sour imo.
2. Stops replying after the second message to the player. There is pretty much no reason for an admin to ghost a player because we have an ahelp mute. If your second message was the end of the conversation, you should have resolved the ticket. If it was justified to mute the player, you could have done that.
3. Never resolved. We've all made this mistake but surely you should have resolved it after the ahelp from the player 10 minutes later if you forgot the first time.

Obviously technokek was malding out of his head when he ahelped trying to get you to repeatedly make a precedent on something that could only be determined on a case by case basis, but that doesn't mean you get to handle a ticket poorly. Instead, techno should have been told that you weren't going to speak for any other case than the one handed in front of you, and that he should accept your ruling. Letting it sit is bad.
