Trialmin Review: Fikou

Fikou has now been in the .txt as a Trial Admin for roughly two months.

Please use this thread as public review; it's encouraged for players to comment on how well/badly the trial admin has done and whether or not they think the trial admin should be made a full admin, if they should be removed from the .txt or if their promotion should be delayed.

I was quite uncertain when I first heard he was adminned, but I've been pleasantly surprised. He's consistently shown his level-headedness when it comes to administration, and his coding skills shine through when it comes to events. I think he's a good addition to the team, and he should be promoted.

I was not a fan of Fikou initially. I felt they were dismissive of tickets, kind of unprofessional and rude sometimes, and they annoyed me when they were around. After working on those issues with them, and as Fikou grew with experience, they have become one of my favourite admin to work with. They have corrected all the little annoyances I had with them initially, and completely grew on me.

They are polite, have good takes, takes tickets, are active, always up to do some fun adminbus stuff and they have completely blown away my expectations of them. I heartily recommend their promotion to GameAdmin.

When I first joined the community Fikou was a 2 cool 4 school mapper.

Now Fikou is a very cool mapper and admin who is also professional and responsible.

Fikou is not only helpful to the players on the servers he administrates on, he is additionally helpful to admins, and has always provided me with cool SDQL things when I have asked. He also does very cool events that are quite creative and more high effort than what I could personally do. Easy promote

I have known Fikou for a long time, he is always fair and cool in ahelps that I've seen, and he runs very cool events. Easy promote boys.

Now he's just a shitposter! He knows code and mapping better than a lot of others including bringing up correct game stats during admin conversations that other coders had told me wrongly about.

Has regularly gone above and beyond expectations during their time as a trialmin. Fikou is a wonderful resource of information for other admins regarding both the game's code, as well as discussing policy and how to handle player issues. Level headed, easy going, and skilled both technically and in dealing with players, a definite vote to promote.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't raise an eyebrow when Fikou was suggested, but I've been absolutely blown away with how well he's done. Has no issues with enforcing rules, admins multiple servers, learns from mistakes very well, and he takes adminning seriously without forgetting his shitposting roots.
