I was banned for mettacomming with the Devon the chemist. My actions with him consisted of breaking into the room to get his DNA. then he dropped a bomb close to me I grabbed the bomb and exploded my target Hanz. I never got a pm form a admin I was just banned. I think that what happened was misunderstood.

This ban appeal is denied because:
The day prior, in round 155226 on Basil, both Niftyryanyan and MyuckDsuck(AKA Devon Houston the chemist) were warned by admin Wesoda25 about metacomming.
"I talked with your friend MyuckDsuck. Seeing as you both are very new I am letting you off the hook this time. If you ever do any sort of meta communication again it will be a permanent ban. Please review our rules at: https://tgstation13.org/wiki/Rules"
Admin note about the incident:
"Before round 155226, metaplanned with MyuckDsuck to try and kill one another - which they then did. Seeing as no one else was harmed and they are incredibly new, I'll keep it to a warning this time. Should this happen again it will be a permanent ban."
During the round, observed both players and had come to the conclusion that you both were meta communicating.
Also you died to icemoon mobs and ragequit before I could message you in game.

The log out entry alone does not imply they logged off on their own, although it’s hard to show an absence of a log (in this case being kicked or banned at this point in time which would result in a logout).

After looking into this everything seems in order.

MyucksDsuck(Devon Houston) made a grenade and gave it to Niftyryanyan(Ryan Hawker) with their entire interaction listed below(and the log of Devon making the grenade).

I'm not sure what happened with the grenade logging but no more were shown to be made during this round and the timing matches up perfectly with what was observed.

Niftyryanyan proceeded to attack their target(Hanz Moon) and blow them up with the grenade.

This ban will be upheld as there is a clear path of metacommunications by MyucksDsuck supplying Niftyryanyan with a grenade wordlessly that was used shortly afterwards to kill their target.
