Your side of the story: Logged onto the server and played as geneticist, wanted to try and roll for snail from overloading on mutations, decided to spend the time before all my organs fell out telepathying people shitposts. Chose to do sexual messages as i've had revenants spam telepathy me with wgw and shrek is love and thought it was funny. I was not aware that sending telepathic messages of this nature was bannable due to this reason, and as for the OOC note, while i dont have a problem with having the note it was also me shitposting for things i had shitposted with before, and happened to get a ban for that. But i will not go into that because i have no problem with that ban. As for why i disconnected, My power went out awhile after i had died, I was only able to use my phone on cellular data after that.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I feel it would be unfortunate to face a 2 week ban due to something i thought was fine because i've seen other people do it, and presumably face little to no punishment.

Firstly, the appeal is denied

Let me preface this with stating server rule 8

8. Erotic/creepy stuff is not allowed.
No form of erotic roleplay is allowed on the servers, including things that could be construed as sexual by unwilling participants.

During this round you used telepathy to send sexual messages to multiple players. Doing this is a clear violation of rule 8 as what you did can definitely be construed as sexual on unwilling participants.

This issue is made worse due to the fact you've already had an issue with this in the past as well as an overtly sexual message in OOC earlier in the round

Your reason for thinking you should be unbanned is not valid, just because someone was not banned for breaking the rules once does not mean you will not banned if you break the same rules. What's important in these situations is that if something like what you described happens to you ahelp it and as long as an admin is available it should be handled appropriately.

Please don't do this again in the future.
