Cryo does not cool people down anymore?

I recently had a round where I had a plasmaman come to me on fire, dead. I repaired his body and used revival surgery and ordered a new helmet for him. He was alive again. Then, to try to cool him off, because he'd start to die of over heating the second I took him off stasis bed, I put him in cryo. It took a very long time to him to cool from 4000k to regular temperature. He was all healed, I was happy! But then when I took him out he immediately started roasting again. I had to put him under a cold shower to cool him off. Does Cryo not actually chill people anymore?

Here's your problem, they burn in air if they don't have suit + helmet + gloves

he wasn't on fire because i gave him a new helmet on stasis bed, he still had gloves and envirosuit. He wasn't burning from fire, he was burning from his core temperature being 4000k.

Crag plays one of the best plasmemes to ever grace our server, so I'd assume that he knows how to treat them when he plays as Doctor Hedwig.

i wasnt even hedy at the time i was Meg O'Sayeid bein' a paramedic and having to deal with the chaos of a blob in permabrig

There is a check for being in the cryo tube in the cold/heat body damage section that stops you from feeling the effects until you are ejected.
