Ban reason: Went inside a pod with around 5~ people on a mecha, blocked the door and caused it to depressurize and start killing people inside. Ignored their pleas for them to get off, seemed to not care on dead chat logs, and disconnected eventually. Not looking good.

Your side of the story: When shuttle arrived I went to evac expecting to stand near bridge as I normally do as Roboticist on the shuttle. For some reason shuttle did not dock and everyone started running for pods, me not knowing where any pods were on that particular station ran for arrivals assuming one was there, I got lost along the way. getting there and finding it finally i saw some people laying on each other in it, so in the mech I walked on ( plenty of room so far, no problems.) however others arrived afterwards and i saw i was blocking them, so i got off and stood to the side, letting others on. With very little time left to depart i was about to get on when a borg dragged the ai onto the pod, and himself stood in the door (at this time i still had not realized the consequences of this.) turns out the borg was the ai's shell so he said he would leave the shell behind. Looking at the timer im pretty sure it was under ten seconds til depart, so i quickly jumped on. about ten to fifteen seconds later at least one possibly more people started complaining they were cold, to which the ai pointed out a locker that had suits in it telling people to wear them, well the people adjacent to me didnt seem to care at all and had already started beating my mech with anything they had on them, as a pretty frequent roboticist i knew gygax tend to explode when killed, which in the tight pod would almost certainly kill everyone, so i flashbanged them, at this point i was already so close to death and mid panicking that i just sat there with the second or two i had left. The explosion killed almost everyone and breached the pods walls destroying the vault with the suits. At this point i had been playing so long and it was so early in the morning for me that i decided to just call it a day.

Why you think you should be unbanned: I believe that yes i did make a mistake but it was an honest mistake, it occured purely from bad circumstance ( no shuttle.) and all people involved not having a way out. The ban points out that i seemed unapologetic in dead chat, and i am sorry for the situation, but me being as tired as i was i probably just reached a point of not caring about people who were just yelling at me the whole time.

References of good conduct: While i dont know if anyone can vouch for me, my character Mia polson has been damn near my only character ive used on any server for the past 5 years or so of playing, and as far as im aware ive only ever been bwoinked over something once, back when i first started and was metacomming to teach my friends to play without getting admin approval. I would love to jump back in to ennjoying this 2d spessmen game with you all as shortly as possible, and hope that i seem genuine when i apologise for the mistakes i made.
