Ban reason: Arrested and blinded someone for going into the armory after the warden let them in. This was the warden's fault, not that person's. Blinding them was absolutely unnecessary.

Your side of the story: originally I witnessed this person walking around in the armory, with no one supervising them. I took it upon myself (the HoS) to arrest them. Upon arresting them I found a flash which is a restricted weapon (per space law). I set their timer in brig for 5 minutes. After their release, I found them in the armory again. This time I kicked them out and told them if they came back another time that i'd gulag them. They proceeded to sit right outside security and wait until a door was opened to get let in again. according to my ban I "blinded" them. This was not the case. I flashed them for being in sec and dragged them out. Finally I found them in sec another time and gulag'd them. Comms were down so I couldn't contact anyone about why they were let into the armory the two times. Warden was not at their post either.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I should be unbanned because I don't believe I did anything wrong. I did not "blind" them like my ban suggests, and I gave them every chance to correct themselves.
