One time I was trying to replace the dorms bathroom with a cave but accidentally deleted all the walls on the interior of the station

everything still had air and was fine but there were no walls between rooms

I had to play it off as an ic event because it was war ops

Accidentally summoned a nuke ops team instead of a deathsquad. Luckily we teleported them out quickly though before they could do anything. Not really that bad but I don't like giving people antags, even if it was the end of the round.

Captain seceded from the station so we sent a team to arrest him and make sure a loyal Captain was put in place and stay on the station.

This devolved into the ERT letting multiple people onto centcomm when they tried to bring the Captain back onto Centcomm for some reason.
One of the ERT decided to attack us who were dressed as Centcomm Commanders.
Several people just wouldn't stop trying to get back onto Centcomm.
The ERT ended up using lethals despite told specifically not to.

It was an all around farce.

I was trying to resolve a situation with someone who was gulaged, and moved the gulag shuttle back to the station
...right as someone was passing through the docking zone.
...and admin-moved shuttles don't have a waiting period.

Dude got squished. I respawned them and left them an antag token though, so I think it's hunky-dory?

I was testing tremors on centcom and I didn't realize that while tremors would only trigger in one room, geysers all across lavaland would all erupt at once which meant lavaland was getting completely gassed by geysers over and over. sorry, mining!

I gave a blood cult trade, on the condition that they get banned for converting or making constructs, to someone, thinking that it was weak for a solo cultist and that the blood magic would be fun.

While he said the blood magic was fun, it probably wasn't for everyone else. He did say they were avoiding to kill people, but he had strong weapons, including the dagger which I lowered it's damage so he wouldn't use it as a super effective weapon, and could shoot a spell that shot beams which converted floortiles, windows, and doors into nar'sian versions.

Someone disliked how I painted a target on their back with a centcom announcement and that using a BSA (I told them they had twenty minutes to live after that beam spell was used) was shitty despite how there were counters to his flagellant robe + powerful weapon memes, but I just wanted to be fair after I saw how a solo cultist is still fucking powerful enough to take on the crew.

I didn’t realize the immovable rod smite actually spawned a real immovable rod, I thought it would spawn someone next to the person who got smited.

I did a vote on what the antag should be: normal antag or cleanbot. Cleanbot won.

A lot of cleanbots were spawned by me and I did nothing else (besides make a 'badass' cleanbot with melee damage in the shuttle at endround).
Someone else, however, made all the cleanbots do cellular damage. The unstunnable cleanbots with sentience were so op that fighting them was really hard or they killed you fast.

Despite some people apparently thinking it was fun, I think it was a disaster and completely unfair.

Know it would not run at over 100 mobs and if it accidentally duplicated more than 400 it would stop regardless.

I did an event with a special away mission I made just as a joke. It was really fun and I saw some things that I was gonna upload in screenshots general however the ending of it made me feel really shitty and bad so I don't want to do that. Some highlights, though.

Spoiler:

I spawned 2 nuke op squads, thinking the station was overpowered and could win any fight because of .357 revolvers. They were easily defeated. It was awful.

I wish the other 61 people voted, but I guess it wasn't too bad. I'm sorry to anyone I dissapointed.

So we had someone sending lots of ahelps begging to be turned from a ghost into some round role. It had happened repeatedly enough that they got ahelp muted. It was fairly uneventful, but after dealing with a few more tickets, I decided to play a prank on Thunder, who had been involved in muting them, using the discord bot to send them an "anonymous" ahelp that looked like this:

Of course, Thunder being a seasoned veteran of several decades of adminning, knew what I was up to and bopped me on discord, but one of my fellow trialmins wasn't quite so wily...

I was happy to leave VJ thinking that our ahelper was incredibly determined, so I didn't say anything, figuring they would look at discord before long and spot me sending the command, only...

Once I was done laughing at VJ's earnest attempts to curb the insidious ahelper, the message was deleted.

I ran an biological hazard event to see rhumba beat in action, I had no idea it would act and spread so fast and hard. Made a big fat centcom announcement at the start of the round. Was gonna prep a medical only ERT and cloner/virology parts. Never got to that part because the virus spread like insane and went from 0 to stage 5 in under 2 minutes.

In retrospect it was a bad event because I didn't expect the insanity of the spreading and people got unreasonably upset for the 10 minutes lost between spread and the round ending.

I only expected a max of 3 people effectively dying, especially since virology starts with 40 chems worth of cure.

a long time ago i deleted the Space Station 13 graphic during lobby and then deleted the floor out of the little room because i didnt know why it was there then i watched in shame as everyone spawned in on top of a space tile before being sent to their start positions

they all started with a small amount of burn damage and i felt like a dick

I don't think it's a fuck up, but it's at least a confession.

The reason sometimes a second captain shows up is because the first one keeps submitting aweful station names.

I love spawning Revs 30 minutes into an extended round if security or the heads of staff are being assholes.

I've jobbanned players (for like 10 minutes) off the results of those centcomm inspectors before.

I'm a whore for custom sprites and if you make one the chances of my spawning you in as a reskinned simplemob and making it a mini event are almost 100% if it's decent quality. I refuse to touch clothing however.

I once tried to create a customized Goliath to be a spawn of Cthulhu, but while testing it's drops, modified it's health to 0 thinking this would instantly kill it. Instead it somehow broke the server's processing and led to a cascade of errors culminating in every new joiner being assigned to a random delta station hivebot and being unable to play the game.

Still don't quite understand what caused this, but I think I accidentally helped the coders find and patch a hole in varediting? So it ended well even though the round had to be restarted!

I used atomproc call to give myself 100 hands at round end, i then spawned in 100 APS pistols and picked them all up, then when the shuttle got to centcom and the round was over, i fired, i think i might've crashed a person or two.

A borg was asking for their AI that was SSD for over 20 minutes to be offered up for a ghost role. Without thinking I offer the borg up to ghosts.

To attempt to fix the problem I tried dragging that ghost back into their body, but confused that borg with another borg who was now very confused. Did this once again to a third borg.

Took me about 10 minutes of switching borgs back and forth between ghosts for everybody to be back in their original shells. The AI never ended up being offered up after all that, was scared to touch anything else.

Once I was doing an event which resulted in central command sending waves of NPC troops to attack the station. Made myself into a centcomm offical, then marked myself, and used the marked datum to make some syndicate troops look like me. When I went to mass edit the names of these syndicate troops to "Centcomm Enforcer" I accidentally mass edited my original body. A station of about 50 confused players named "Centcomm Enforcer" ensued.

I set up a mini event where I made a trapped shuttle with a fake Die of Fate at the center. I spawned a die of fate and then the ordinary d20 that I copied name and description onto. I the proceeded to delete the wrong die, leaving the real DoF on the shuttle.

The recipient of the die then rolled a fireball explosion that knocked himself out and threw a nearby bystander into the chasms around the die's pedestal.

one time there was a swastika in the chapel, i sent a light missile down after making sure nobody was nearby, but it didn't really do anything. sent another one down that was a bit more powerful, and ron lemon and someone else both walk in out nowhere and both die and get sent down a z-level. revived them and relocated them with a "shhhhh" pray message

Was memeing back and forth with a mime through subtle messages. I didn't realize he was about to go crit so I BSA'd him which gibbed him in the middle of medbay. Control + shift + Left clicked his ghost to immediately bring him back, but I still felt bad about it.

The worst thing I think I've done involved Imszx. I failed to check his objectives when he was an antag so I thought it was the standard traitor Lexia murderbones the entire station round. Turns out he had the hijack objective. I dropped a 6 man ERT team on him. He proceeds to murder every single one of them and complete the hijack. I felt terrible when I noticed the hijack objective and I didn't want to delete the ERT. I've been a bit more careful about ERT deployment since then.
